| 摘 要： | 在我国经济结构转型的大背景下,科技企业在我国经济中的主导地位日趋明显。科技创新与金融的有效结合是激发科技企业创新活力、转变经济发展方式、增强国家竞争力的有力手段。从我国科技银行金融服务的现状出发,通过对汉口银行光谷分行推出的科技与金融相结合的创新模式进行研究,由此得到启示,提出对我国科技银行未来发展的建议。

| Abstract: | Under the background of economic structure transformation of China,the leading position of scientific and technological enterprises in the economy becomes more and more obvious.The effective combination of scientific and technological innovation and finance is the strong means to motivate enterprises＇ innovation,promote the transformation of the economic development pattern,and enhance the national competitiveness.This paper starts from the introduction of present situation of financial services of Chinese Sci-tech banks.By studying the typical success Sci-tech bank model in China＇s HKB Optical Valley（Wuhan）Branch,which introduces the innovation model combining Sci-tech and finance based on continuous explorations,we put forward some indications and recommendations for the further development of Chinese Sci-tech banks. |
