筒形件正旋三维刚塑性有限元分析

摘    要:建立了更加符合筒形件强旋实际过程的有限元模型 ,对筒形件正旋进行了三维刚塑性有限元数值模拟 ,获得了筒形件正旋变形各阶段的应力和应变速率分布 ,解释了正旋时的胀径、缩径及母线偏转和隆起等问题 ,求得了正旋过程中旋压力的变化 ,与实测结果吻合较好。

Abstract:A finite element model which fits well with the real process of tube spinning is built and the process of forward tube spinning is simulated by 3D ripid plastic FEM in this paper.The distributions of stress and strain rate are obtained.The results can well interpret these appearances of enlarging and reducing of diameter as well as reflection of generatrices and rise etc.The varying of the working force in the process of forward tube spinning is evaluated and it agrees with the experimental results well.
