摘    要:采用上限元法,在分析金属流动规律的基础上,将齿轮正挤压时变形区划分为9个区域,并根据各区域的金属流动特点给出了金属流动规律的表达式,并通过试验进行了验证。

Abstract:The UBET is used in this paper to calculate the force of forward extruding gear. On the base of studying the metal's plastic flow, the deformation region is plotted into 9 portions and the formulas of each portion are provided according to the character of its metal flow, and validated by experiment.
