| 摘 要： | 由于当代社会经济及社会生活发生着深刻的变革，大学生正处在青年时期，因此他们的心理问题比较多。这些心理问题严重制约大学生健康人格的形成和综合素质的提高。因此，作为新时期学生工作的辅导员，必然要求既要做好大学生的思想、管理工作，更要学会做大学生的心理工作。
