| 摘 要： | 通信效能是军事通信装备通信能力的有效度量。以机载超短波电台为评价对象,选择具有代表性的指标体系作为效能评估指标,综合利用ADC法、层次分析法和云理论建立了航空机载超短波电台效能评估模型。对模型中的各指标分类进行归一化处理,并基于云模型确定各层指标之间的隶属度函数,实现了建立有效评估机载超短波电台效能模型的目标。

| Abstract: | The effectiveness is the most virtual measure of military communication equipment. By taking the airborne VHF radio as the evaluation target, choosing the representative index system as the effectiveness index, and comprehensively using ADC law, analytic hierarchy process and cloud theory, the effectiveness evaluation model of airborne VHF radio is established.
