边部覆盖率板形测量值计算模型

摘    要:在板形测量系统中,板形辊边部传感器受力状态与覆盖率大小有直接关系。为了得到准确的板形测量值,通过研究接触式BFI板形辊的板形检测原理,分析了边部传感器在带钢张力作用下的受力状态,推导出了边部覆盖率数学模型,并成功应用于1450连轧机上。研究结果表明,该模型用于BFI板形仪板形测量系统中,实现了边部板形精确测量。

Abstract:In flatness measurement system,meter sensors at the edge of shape have the direct relation between forced condition and the coverage fraction size.In order to obtain the accurate shape of strip measurement value,the strip measurement theory of the BFI shape meter were studied and the sensors at tension condition were analyzed.The overlapping degree mathematical expression is deduced.Furthermore,this model was success used in 1450 tandem mill.The results show that this model was used in the BFI strip shape m...
