摘    要:应用COMI炼钢工艺控制转炉烟尘实验研究表明,随着CO2喷吹比例的增加,烟尘及铁损量持续降低。转炉烟尘现场采集检测试验研究表明,转炉冶炼过程中烟尘量总体趋势不断降低,TFe含量波动较大。结合上述研究,提出应用COMI炼钢工艺分时段控制烟尘产生,为COMI炼钢工艺的工业实施提供了参考。

Abstract:By applying COMI converter steel-making process control dust,the results show that increasing the proportion of CO2 injection,converter dust and amount of iron loss are continued to decrease.And the research on converter dust collected on-site test showed that the overall amount of converter dust are continued to trend lower in the process,TFe content had the larger fluctuation.Combination of the above-mentioned study,it is proposed that application of COMI steel-making process to control the generation of ...
