| 摘 要： | 月度发电计划的复杂性和求解规模,使得月度机组组合方案的制订变得十分困难.文中基于兼顾计算性能和月度计划关键需求的原则,通过时段简化和电力电量解耦,建立了以电量进度偏差最小为目标的月度安全约束机组组合(SCUC)模型,并采用混合整数规划(MIP)算法加以求解.实际系统算例测试验证了该模型的有效性. |
