摘    要:考虑到省级电网部分统调电厂的调度方式会给地区电网的安全运行带来重大影响,提出了省调、地调共同调度的管理模式,并利用当前主流的系统构架与编程技术设计开发了省地一体化电厂调度管理系统。介绍了系统的总体结构设计、功能模块设计和管理流程设计,以及与电网已建系统的交互关系和实现方式。该系统已在云南电网投入运行,实现了云南电网16...

Abstract:In view of the significant influence of the provincial power plant scheduling mode on the safe operation of the prefectural grid,a management mode of joint scheduling by provincial and prefectural power grids is proposed.Furthermore,a province-prefecture integrated power plant scheduling management system is designed and developed using the currently popular system architecture and programming techniques.The overall structure design is described along with the functional module design,the management process design as well as the relationship with the other systems available and ways of implementation.The system is successfully operating in Yunnan power grid and has realized the joint management of 65 power plants in 16 prefectural power grids.
