摘    要:针对中国钢铁厂煤气资源回收与利用现状,用吨钢煤气回收率和吨钢煤气燃耗指标评价了不同规模高炉-转炉流程下煤气的富余程度。通过完善煤气回收工艺增加煤气回收量,采用蓄热燃烧、热装热送和连铸连轧等节能技术降低煤气消耗,同时加强煤气管理,建立以煤气监控、预测、分析决策和优化调度等功能为一体的实时监控及信息管理系统提高煤气回收与利用水平。就富余煤气利用问题,提出了富余煤气缓冲与利用策略,并从煤气发电和化工利用角度探讨了不同规模钢铁厂煤气发电方式和煤气的化工利用。
