宝钢高炉热风炉平衡计算与分析

摘    要:在热平衡计算的基础上,对宝钢一、四高炉热风炉进行了平衡分析。结果表明,宝钢一、四高炉热风炉效率远低于热效率,且一高炉热风炉全系统效率比四高炉热风炉低6.54%。两座高炉热风炉损失主要为燃烧过程不可逆损失、烟气带出的物理损失、热交换不可逆损失和化学不完全燃烧损失。宝钢热风炉节能的主要途径是:采用合理的空气过剩系数或富氧燃烧,降低烟气温度,提高冷风入炉温度,提高烟气余热回收装置利用水平。

Abstract:The thermal balance of No.4 BF and No.1 BF stove in Baosteel was calculated.On the basis of the results,the exergy balance was analyzed.The results show that the exergy efficiency is lower than the thermal efficiency.The exergy efficiency of No.1 BF stove is 6.54% less than No.4 BF stove.The main loss of exergy is focused on the burning irreversible process,the waste gas discharging process,the heat exchanging process and the uncompleted burning process.The measures of saving exergy of hot blast stove are p...
