摘    要:基于材料变形的弹塑性理论,建立了材料的应变硬化模型,采用有限元仿真技术,利用有限元软件ANSYS,对二维正交金属切削过程中剪切层及切屑的形成进行仿真。从计算结果中提取应力应变云图显示了工件及刀具的应力应变分布情况,以此对切削过程中应力应变的变化进行了分析。该方法比传统的实验法更为快捷有效,为金属切削理论研究、材料切削性能研究及刀具产品开发提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract:Based on the technology of elasticity and plasticity in material deformation, the strain- hardening material model and finite element model are created by use of FEM software ANSYS to simulate the formation of shearing layer and chip in two-dimension orthogonal metal cutting.The images from result show the distribution of stress and strain and supply basis for the analysis to the change of stress and strain.This way is more effective than conventional experiments. It supplies a shortcut for the studies on metal cutting theory and material cutting capability and the development of tool.
