In light of the certain tendency of building energy saving and environment protection, the author introduces heat insulation for external walls methods in building as internal, exterior, and internal combined with exterior heat insulation, and points out that the exploiture and utilization of new-type energy-saving materials should be strengthened to achieve the purpose of building energy saving.
