新型交交变频器仿真模型的建立

摘    要:探讨了一种新型交交变频器--以间接控制法为调制策略的矩阵变换器,并应用MATLAB仿真软件对其进行仿真建模.在开关方面,针对当前尚无双向开关器件的现状,仿真中采用了IGBT双向开关组合作为开关矩阵的开关单元,非常贴近实际.在控制策略部分,为了简化仿真过程,除了使用Matlab中提供的基本模块外,还使用了子系统和S函数.最后给出仿真结果,以验证矩阵变换器交交变频的正确性.

Abstract:By means of Matlab program, a simulation model of matrix converter based on the indirect control theory was set up. In the switch part, considering that there is no bi-direction switch available, the simulation (adopt)-pairs of IGBT as the switch unit in the matrix converter,which is very practical. In the control tactics, considering the simplifying simulation process, the passage puts subsystem and S function in use, except in use of ba-(sic) module in Matlab program. Finally, the results of matrix converter was demonstrated to approve the validity of Matrix converter in the use of inverter.
