摘    要:针对目前电力设备放电紫外检测中存在的灵敏度和线性度上的不足,设计了一种基于紫外光电倍增管的放电检测系统,以C8051F120单片机为处理核心,通过数字积分定量测量放电中产生的紫外辐射功率。通过试验室和变电站内的检测试验,验证了该系统能够在站内实测中检测到放电产生的微弱紫外光并能定量反映紫外辐射的强度,从而作为判断放电强弱的依据。该系统灵敏度高,线性度好,能够应用于高压电力设备的放电检测。

Abstract:A discharge detection system based on photomultiplier tube was designed to improve sensitivity and linearity of UV detection of HV electric equipment discharge.The system with C8051F120 processor can measure the power of UV radiation in discharge via digital integration.Detection tests in both laboratory and transformer substation were conducted,and the results show that the system can detect weak UV light and quantitatively indicate the intensity of the UV radiation for evaluating the intensity of discharge.The discharge detection system has high sensitivity and linearity,and can be applied to discharge detection of HV electric equipments.
