非接触印刷废纸酶法脱墨研究

摘    要:利用纤维素酶对非接触印刷废纸进行脱墨实验 ,并与化学脱墨效果进行比较。在本实验条件下 ,最佳脱墨条件为 :加酶量 :1.0 IU(CMCase) / g绝干浆 ,温度 :5 0~ 5 5℃ ,p H值 :5 .0~ 5 .5 ,时间 :30~ 4 5 min;浆浓 :5 .0~ 5 .5 %。酶法脱墨与化学脱墨相比 ,酶脱墨浆白度比化学脱墨浆白度提高 1.6% ISO,打浆度下降 6 .4 OSR,酶法脱墨废水的 COD/ BOD5约为化学脱墨废水的三分之一

Abstract:Enzymatic deinking of non-impacted printed paper was studied by using cellulase, and compared the deinking effect of enzymatic deinking and chemical deinking. The results shows that the optimum conditions was the cellulase dosage:1.0 IU(CMCase)/g ,temperature: 50~55℃,pH: 5.0~5.5,time:30~45min , pulp consistency:5.0~5.5%. Compared with the chemical deinking pulp, the brightness of enzymatic deinking pulp was increased 1.6% , the beating degree was declined 6.4 OSR ,the COD/BOD 5 of waste water of enzymatic deinking was about 1/3.
