| 摘 要： | 在总结国外经验的基础上,提出了走资源节约型工业化道路的对策:将走资源节约型工业化道路纳入基本国策体系;加快资源性产品价格的市场化改革进程;建立和完善企业利用资源的法律和标准以及相关政策和管理制度;加强产业规划,优化产业结构,推动资源节约;优化产业布局,促进资源节约;形成有利于资源节约和持续利用的国际产业分工;加强资源节约型技术的研发和推广应用;不断提高企业的资源节约意识。

| Abstract: | According to experiences of foreign countries, countermeasures of build a resource -saving industrialized country are concluded. Constructing a resource -saving industrialized country is included into basic national policy. Moreover, speed up process of resource price marketization; build and improving legislation, standards, pobcies and management system for enterprises' resource usages; strengthen industrial planning and optimizing industrial structure to promote resource saving; optimize industrial distribution to promoting resource saving, forming international industrial division in favor of resource saving and sustainable usage; strengthen research and application of resource saving technologies; improve enterprises' sense of resource saving. |
