| Abstract: | This paper describes how to manage and maintain the optical network unit,including the OTMX,OADM,OXC,OLA. And then we discuss the relationship between the transparency of the optical network and its management and maintenance. Lastly,we study some issues on how to implement the WDM based WAN. |
