摘    要:为获得VAE乳液废水的有效处理方法,采用FeCl3混凝-气浮法,考察了水力条件、pH值、药剂投量及原水水质等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明,FeCl3混凝-气浮是一种有效的VAE乳液废水处理方法,水力条件、pH值、药剂投量及原水水质等因素对处理效果均有不同程度的影响,其最佳混凝条件为:搅拌强度为350 r/min,絮凝时间为8 min,回流比为50%,pH范围为7~9;最佳条件下,ρFeCl3为175 mg/L时,可使原水浊度由2 653 NTU降为26.89 NTU,ρCOD从3 085 mg/L降为64.71 mg/L,去除率分别达到99%和97.5%,出水达到《污水综合排放标准》GB8978-1996中要求的二级排放标准.

Abstract:To obtain an effective treatment process for VAE emulsion wastewater,coagulation-flotation is used.Influences of hydraulic condition,pH value,coagulant dosage and raw water quality on treatment efficiencies are investigated.Results indicate that coagulation-flotation with ferric chloride is an effective treatment process for VAE emulsion wastewater.The treatment efficiency is influenced by hydraulic condition,pH value,coagulant dosage,raw water quality and other factors.The optimum conditions are 350 r/min ...
