钢管冷弯成形与回弹分析

摘    要:分析了冷弯钢管加载弯曲过程,在卸载回弹后内应力平衡和截面变形协调条件下,建立残余应力分布模型,然后推导出弯曲回弹半径和回弹弯矩准确计算公式,并进行参数分析,得出一些有益的结论,对工程设计与加工具有指导意义或参考价值。

Abstract:At first,the bending-load process of steel pipe is analyzed for the mechanical bending manufacture in normal cold condition.After rebounding the residual stress is assumed to be in equilibrium state,and the distorted section is still remained in harmonious plane,the analytic model is thus developed for the distribution of the residual stress in the section.The resilience radius and rebound moment are formulated further.And some parametric analysis is completed.Finally,a series conclusions are summarized,it is valuable for the engineer to design and manufacture of the practical projects.
