电网监控与预警系统的研制

摘    要:针对电力系统状态监控、电网故障与停电隐患事故的预测,利用远程监控技术、电网故障模式识别、高速系统诊断技术与电网监测评估系统构筑了电网监控与预警系统。根据电力系统瞬间状态变化对电网进行实时动态监测与预测评估,并利用电网预警系统及高速网络通信技术进行信息高速传输、决策、报警与系统保护操作,实现信息共享。文章分析了预警系统的实现方案、电网状态预测与电网故障的实时监控方法,说明了系统运行实验结果。

Abstract:Power grid supervisory control as well as the prediction of hidden dangers that may cause faults and outage are very important measures to ensure secure and stable operation of power grid, for this reason a supervisory control and forewarning system for power grid is constructed by use of remote supervisory control technique, power grid fault pattern identification, high speed diagnosis technique and power grid monitoring and evaluation system. The constructed system can carry out real-time dynamic supervisory monitoring and prediction evaluation of power grid according to instant change of power system state; implement high speed information transmission, decision making, alarming and protection operation by use of power grid forewarning system and high speed network communication technology; and realize information sharing. Here, the implementation scheme of forewarning system, the method to predict power grid state and real-time supervisory control method for power grid faults are analyzed, and the experimental and operational results are illustrated.
