| 摘 要： | 自1994年改制成立以来,上海建工集团始终坚持"科技兴企"战略,不断增强企业核心竞争力.为应对市场竞争出现的新形势,集团总公司于1999年成立了技术中心.在政府有关部门的大力支持下,上海建工集团技术中心建设取得阶段性成果,先后通过上海市和国家企业技术中心认定,在国家有关部门组织的技术中心考核中一直处于建设系统前列.
