基于虚拟仪器技术的旋转机械扭矩测量方法的研究

摘    要:针对旋转动力机械扭矩的测量方法进行了研究。利用虚拟仪器技术,采用非接触测量方式,通过相关法相位差测量算法获得扭转角大小,实现了扭矩的测量。这种扭矩测量方法减少了复杂的硬件电路,提高了系统的可靠性和测量精度。测量实例的应用验证了该测量方法的正确性和适用性。

Abstract:The measurement method of the torque for rotating machines is studied in this paper. With virtual instrument technology and non-contact torque measurement technique, the phase difference is measured by correlation analysis algorithm. The measurement method is simple, reliable and adaptable. The application of a practical measurement testifies the accuracy and applicability.
