摘    要:直流潮流控制器能够有效提升环网式直流电网的潮流控制自由度,解决直流电网部分线路潮流不可控问题。针对现有直流潮流控制器应用场合的局限性,基于电容线间能量交换的思路,提出一种新型直流潮流控制器拓扑,并对其工作原理和运行特性进行了深入研究。基于新型潮流控制器的多种运行状态,设计了基于脉宽调制(PWM)的控制策略,并以其中一种运行状态为例,研究了各状态变量之间的关系。最后,在电磁暂态仿真软件中搭建等效三端直流环网模型,验证了所提出的直流电网潮流控制器拓扑方案与控制策略的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:The DC power flow controller can effectively improve the control degree of freedom of power flows in looped DC grids to help solve the problem of uncontrollable power flow in some DC lines. In light of the limitations of existing DC power flow controllers in actual applications, a new topology of DC power flow controller is proposed to regulate the power flow by managing power exchange between the transmission lines. And its working principle and operation characteristics are analyzed. A general control strategy based on pulse-width modulation(PWM)is designed for various kinds of running state of this topology. With one of the working states as an example, the relations between different state variables are researched. Finally, an equivalent model for a three-terminal DC grid is developed in the electro-magnetic transient simulation soft. The simulation results have verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed topology and control strategy of the DC power flow controller.
