激光微造型柴油机缸套的试验研究

摘    要:采用激光微造型加工技术,在某柴油机气缸套工作表面上,加工出规则的交叉网纹型微观形貌.其表面评定参数优于传统平台网纹缸套,网纹沟槽清晰、分布均匀,网纹沟槽的深度和一致性增加,缸套表面平整,增加了承载面积.而装机试验表明,装配激光微造型缸套的柴油机工作正常,各性能参数稳定,缸套和活塞环之间摩擦学性能优于平台网纹珩磨缸套,发动机机油消耗比采用后者时降低了48.1%,活塞漏气量下降了49.2%.

Abstract:By using laser micro-texturing technology, the regular micro geometric surface topography with cross mesh style was made on the cylinder liner surface of a diesel engine. The surface parameters of laser micro-texturing cylinder liner was better than that of traditional plat honing cylinder liner, the laser micro-texturing cylinder liner had more clear and more uniform mesh groove, the groove depth and its homogeneity were improved, and the loading area of the cylined liner surface increased. The engine test shows that the diesel engine equipped with laser micro-texturing cylinder liner has more steady performance, the laser micro-texturing cylinder liner results in better tribology performance between cylinder liner and piston ring, and the oil consumption and the piston blowby of the engine withlaser micro-texturing cylinder liner is decreased by 48.1% and 49.2% respectively.
