| 摘 要： | 钢管原材料及产品理化性能的日常检验是保证产品质量的重要手段。针对钢管原料和产品理化性能检验过程中遇到的问题，包括包申格效应的定义、冲击试验温度控制、焊缝形貌评价、标准的理解和应用等进行探讨，并结合日常工作经验提出了一些看法和整改措施，供同行参考。

| Abstract: | Routine physical & chemical test of steel pipe and raw material is very important to ensure quality of steel pipe.This article raises some problems occurred in the physical & chemical test process of steel pipe and raw material,discusses definition of Bauschinger effect,temperature control of impact test,evaluation of weld profile,and application of standard,and proposes some suggestion and rectifying action for reference combining with routine experience. |
