| 摘 要： | 研究了Ａｌ－Ｓｎ稀固体合金不同制备方法下的表面偏析．俄歇电子能谱（ＡＥＳ）的研究表明，不同方法制得的不同成分的Ａｌ－Ｓｎ二元稀固溶体均呈现强烈的溶质偏析（Ｓｎ），Ｓｎ／Ａｌ比可高达４０％左右；而真空涂膜样品的溶质偏析现象更为明显．

| Abstract: | This article studies the surface segregation of the dilute solid solution to Al-Sn binary alloys by AES. The analysis of AES shows that the dilute solid solutions to Al-Sn alloys exhibit a marked soilute (Sn) surface segragation, the Sn/Al ration may approach to 40%, and the surface segergegation phenomena of the deposited samples are more proronuse. |
