齿轮压力角对润滑油膜厚度的影响

摘    要:运用弹流润滑理论,分析了轮齿压力角对润滑油膜厚度的影响。结果表明,轮齿压力角的增大,节点最小油膜厚度、接触区内的平均油膜厚度和中心油膜厚度显著增大,对改善齿面润滑极为有利,为非标准重载齿轮的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The influence of gear pressure angle on lubrication oil film thickness was studied by the theory of elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication(EHL).The research finds that the minimum oil film thickness and average oil film thickness of the contact area and center oil film thickness are obviously augmented with the augment of gear pressure angle,it is favorable for improving the involutes profile tooth lubricate.The obtained conclusion is useful to the design of the nonstandard heavy-load gear transmission.
