燃用神华煤锅炉底部结渣原因分析及预防措施

摘    要:从具体事例出发,分析了神华煤灰渣成分和结渣特性,以及燃用神华煤锅炉可能出现的锅炉底部结渣问题,提出了预防措施,为燃用低熔点优质烟煤锅炉的安全稳定运行提供了一定的借鉴和指导作用。

Abstract:On basis of typical cases,this paper analyzes the clincker composition and slag-forming features of Shenhua coal,and the problems of clinkering at the bottom of the boiler using Shenhua coal,and puts forward preautions.Therefore,it has some directional effects to the safe and stable operation of the boilers burning the rich soft coal with low melting point.
