北京国贸桥异形板粘贴钢板加固关键技术的实践研究

北京国贸桥一期异形板结构主要采用了板底粘贴钢板的方法进行加固。目前的公路桥梁加固设计与施工规范对粘贴钢板加固法有些简单的原则性论述，但是具体实施的操作性不强，设计施工中遇到的一些问题，均需要按照国标的建筑结构加固设计规范进行，而目前建筑结构加固施工验收规范也仅处于报批阶段，实际使用的依据性存在一定的问题。本文通过对国贸桥的设计及施工配合实践，得出如下结论：（1）目前在国标文件尚未正式实施前，桥梁结构加固施工验收应按照《建筑结构加固工程施工质量验收规范（报批稿）》执行；（2）作为粘贴钢板加固的关键问题，胶的抗冲击韧性与钢板锚固螺栓的抗腐蚀要求必须予以高度重视。

Practice Study of Key Technology on Bonded Special-shaped Steel Sheet Reinforcement of Beijing Guomao Bridge

The method of visco-steel to the plate bottom for the reinforcement of the special-shaped plate during the first phase of the Guomao Bridge was mainly used. The current specification for strengthening design and construction of highway bridge makes some simple principles about visco-steel reinforcement, but the operability of specific implementation is not good. Some problems encountered in design and construction need to be solved in accordance with the national standard of structure strengthening design. However, the 《 Code for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Structure Strengthening Engineering》 is still for approval, so the practical application of visco-steel reinforcement method still exists some problems. Based on the design and construction of the Guomao Bridge, some conclusions were obtained as follows ：（1） The constructional acceptance of bridge strengthening should follow the 《Code for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Structure Strengthening Engineering （for approval ）》 before the national standard document formally implemented ; （2） The impact resistance of the plastic and corrosion resistance of the steel anchor bolts, as the key problems in the visco-steel reinforcement, must be paid more attention.
