| 摘 要： | 介绍了异纤的来源及其影响，探讨了如何用电子清纱器异纤模块在线监测和清除异纤的方法；分析了植物纤维在自络工艺中的特殊处理方法。结合纺纱厂的生产实际，评估了将电子清纱器使用方法改进后，纺纱厂在异纤清除领域能节约的综合成本。 |

| Abstract: | The source and influence of foreign fiber were introduced.The online monitor method using electronic yarn cleaners′ foreign module and the foreign fiber cleaning method were studied.The special treatment of plant fiber in winding process was analyzed.The comprehensive cost saved by improving electronic yarn clearers′ application method was evaluated. |
