摘    要:增安型防爆电机的气隙比一般的异步电动机要求严格,而气隙的关键在于制造过程,特别是定子制造过程的控制。控制好机座加工、定子铁心加工、定子装配工艺三方面,增安型防爆电机的气隙就能得到很好的保证。

Abstract:It has stricter requirement on air space for explosion- proof motor than that of standard motor. It turns upon the process of manufacture whether the air gas is fiUed into the requirement, especially depended on the control of manufacturing of stator. This strict requirement can be met with three factors: frame machining, stator core machining and stator assembly.
