积雪草酸衍生物的合成及抗肿瘤活性的研究

摘    要:以积雪草酸为先导化合物,对其2位、3位、12位、23位和28位进行结构修饰,设计并合成12个积雪草酸类似物.采用MTT比色法,选用人胃腺癌细胞株SGC-7901,人非小细胞肺癌细胞株A549和人成纤维肉瘤细胞株HT-1080为靶细胞,进行积雪草酸类似物体外细胞毒活性药理评价.结果表明化合物4b、6b对于SGC-7901、A549、HT-1080的抑制率明显高于对照品,值得进一步研究.

Abstract:Structural modifications were performed with natural product of asiatic acid for increasing its antitumor activity. Through 2,3,12,23 and 28 for structural modification, 12 new Asiatic acid derivatives were designed and synthetized. Anti-tumor activities of Asiatic acid and these derivatives against SGC- 7901 ,A549 and HT-1080 cells in vitro were investigated by MTT assay. The results indicated that com- pounds 4b and 6b were found to have stronger cell growth inhibitory than comparison products, and were worth to be intensively studied further.
