Exploration and Practice of Equipment Management Mode to Scene Point Advance the Inspection

Combined with enterprise equipment management practice, equipment management was elaborated to enhance the main approach, measures and results. To strengthen equipment inspection management, daily maintenance of production operation post, weekly maintenance of professionals and improve the inspection work quality must be standardized. By the TPM advanced management mode was applied to equipment management, the process equipment inspection management, visualization and information technology was implemented.
