基于电力光纤的智能电网终端模型构建

以电力光纤到户为基础,以区域电网公司为模版,设计并构建一种智能电网终端模型。该模型以处理、掌握用户信息和满足所有电力用户需求为目标,对发电及工矿企业、小区、家庭等多个用户模块进行不同的规划和设计。该模型具有灵活的组网形式,清晰的层次结构,可无限扩展的功能模块,整合电视、电话、因特网三网,搭载WLAN(WIFI)接入点,涉及嵌入式系统、无线通信技术、智能逆变技术等多种技术的混合应用,为构建电网的智能化网络提供必要和适当超前的技术引导,适当规划、设计智能电网结构并提前进行布局。

The Building of Smart Grid Terminal Model Based on the Electric Power Optical Fiber

This paper puts forward the design and building of a kind of smart grid terminal model based on the electric power fiber to home and the regional grid companies as a template. This model regards dealing with and grasping user information or meeting all electric power users as an aim, and this model does the different planning and design for many users such as power generation, mining enterprises, residential areas and homes. The model has the features with flexible net-forming, clear structure and expendable function model,which can mingles many technologies with merging the TV,telephone and internet,WLAN （WIFI）,involving embedded system,wireless communication technology and smart inverting technology. This model also provides the necessary and advanced technology to guide proper planning, and to design smai＇t grid structure with laying out for building the smart net of grid.
