变频调速液压系统调速范围研究

摘    要:液压系统流量脉动的影响因素很多,对于采用变频调速的液压系统,其流量脉动问题尤为突出,本文针对流量脉动的影响因素,提出实际流量脉动系数概念,建立了实际流量脉动数学模型,为确定变频凋速液压系统的调速范围提供理论依据.

Abstract:There are many factors to affect flow pulse of a hydraulic system, especially to the variable frequency. The conception of the practical flow pulse is presented on the analysis of the factors, which affect the speed in the variable frequency hydraulic system. The mathematic module is built and analyzed. It provides theoretical reference of the range of speed in the variable frequency hydraulic system.
