基于GA-BP神经网络的单向走丝线切割机床热误差补偿

摘    要:单向走丝线切割机床是一种高精度加工机床,机床的热变形将对其加工精度有较大的影响.采用实验检测获得机床上各测温点的温升与对应机床热变形量数据.再利用研究构建的GA-BP神经网络法机床热变形误差预测模型,对机床热变形进行误差补偿,实验证明了该方法的先进性、可行性和实用性.

Abstract:Low-speed WEDM is a high-precision machine tools,the thermal deformation have a great impact to it's precision.Obtained the temperature of measurement points and the corresponding of machine tool thermal deformation data by experimental testing.Then use the methods of the GA-BP construct neural network to predict model error of machine tool thermal deformation,compensate thermal deformation error,and proved to the advanced nature of the approach,feasibility and practicality.
