摘    要:采用ANSYS软件,对1 100 kV GIS盆式绝缘子的电场强度及机械强度进行了详细的分析和计算。在不断优化制造工艺基础上,制造出了性能优良的1 100 kV 盆式绝缘子。电气性能优良,单件顺利通过1 100 kV/5 min工频耐受电压、2 400 kV(1.2/50 μs 峰值)雷冲击电压试验,局放量小于2.3 pC;机械性能优良,水压破坏强度达到4 MPa(2.4 MPa)。

Abstract:By using the software ANSYS,an analysis is made in this paper on the electric field strength and mechanical strength of the pan-type insulator for 1100 kV GIS.Through continuous optimization of the manufacturing process,a 1100 kV pan-type insulator with an excellent performance has been developed.Its excellent electric performance has been tested by 1 100 kV/5 min power frequency withstand voltage,and the 2400 kV(1.2/50 μs peak value) lightning impulse voltage with the partial discharge less than 2.3 pC.Its excellent mechanical performance has been tested by the hydraulic failure pressure reaching as high as 4 MPa(2.4 MPa).
