复合纱产品开发与工艺研究

阐述了复合纱的纺纱工艺原理,通过对棉纺设备进行改造,结合生产实践,确定了复合纱的纺纱工艺流程,就纺复合纱的主要工艺参数进行了实验,分析了纺纱各工序影响复合纱质量的因素,通过合理配置纺纱工艺,解决了在纺纱过程中断头和条干不匀等问题,探讨了在加工复合纱过程中的可行性技术措施及工艺参数,为提高复合纱的质量和进一步开发新产品提供参考依据。

Product development and process study of composite yarn

The spinning process principle of composite yarn was introduced.According to the rebuilding cotton spinning machine and based on the practice in the spinning process,spinning technological process of composite yarn is defined.Some experiments on the primary processing parameters of the composite spinning yarn were carried out,and the influences of spinning factors on composite yarn quality were analyzed by the spinning processes.The problems of end-breakage and unevenness etc. of composite yarn in the spinning process were resolved by reasonable spinning process configuration.The effective technical measures and process parameters were discussed.The results could be as a reference data for improving the quality of composite yarn and developing the new products further.
