| 摘 要： | 针对企业工作流程的产品设计的特点，综合考虑全局Agent与局部Agent之间的关系，提出了基于基于多Agent的工作流方式下的产品开发建模方法，将此方法应用到协同设计环境中，并分析了Agent在一种改善的CSCW环境下的运行状态及处理过程。
