高弹性浮阀塔板的性能

摘    要:对高弹性浮阀塔板进行了冷模试验,给出了冷模试验结果,以及和F1俘阀塔板性能对比的数据,还给出了塔板流体力学性能的计算关联式。试验结果表明:高弹性浮阀塔板的突出优点是其漏液气速下限明显低于F1浮阀塔板,在操作弹性10:1至12:1的范围内,塔板压降和板效率变化均很平缓,特别适用于处理且变化大的生产场合。

Abstract:Performance of a novel valve, Varioflex-Valve developed by STAHL Co. Ltd.Germany,is studied.The outcomes of experiments and the comparision between Varioflex-Valve andF1-Valve show that the former has a much larger turndown ratio(12:1) and higher trayefficiency,especially for lower gas velocity.The Verioflex-Valve tray has smooth performingcharacteristics and its valve is not easily blocked or blown off.Comparing with the F1-yalve tray,yarioflex-Valve intensifies the mass transfer process.Formulas for calculating Varioflex-Valve tray's pressure drop,weeping,entrainment andclear liquid height are given.
