| 摘 要： | 在电力市场环境下 ,电网公司、发电公司和供电公司均转变为相互独立的经济实体 ,网络结构、运行潮流、违约赔偿价格、辅助服务价格、保护装置及断路器组的投资等等因素均将对后备保护方式的确定产生影响。文中对后备保护动作时相应公司所须承担的经济责任进行分析 ,对适合于市场环境的后备保护方式确定数学模型进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | In power market environment, grid companies, power companies and power supply companies belong to different economic entities, all the structure of the network, load flow, against-contract compensations, cost of ancillary services and the investment of relaying device and circuit breaker will affect the determination of the back-up protection configuration scheme. Based on the analysis of responsibility assumption caused by action of back-up protection, the mathematical model of back-up protection configuration scheme suitable for power market environment is proposed. |
