大尺寸刚性试板抗裂性试验与船体结构模型相关性研究

摘    要:通过大尺寸刚性试板抗裂性试验的试板与船体结构模型的焊接工艺、拘束度、焊接热循环、基本力学性能、宏观切片的检验结果对比,表明了大尺寸刚性试板与船体结构模型的结构拘束、焊缝的冷却条件相当,在相同焊接位置下,两者的基本力学性能相当.

Abstract:According to the comparison of large - scale rigid sample and ship structure model on welding technology, restraint degree, welding thermal cycle, mechurical properties and examined result of macrograph section, large - scale rigid sample and ship structure model had the same structure restraints and cooling condition of the weld seam as well as the similar mechanical properties on the same welding position.
