本钢360m2烧结机燃料分加适宜比例的探讨

摘    要:为充分发挥烧结燃料分加工艺的作用,达到优质、高产、低耗的目的,在360m^2烧结机进行了燃料分加适宜比例试验,找出了本钢目前原料条件下的最佳分加比例,该比例用于生产后,取得了改善燃料分布,提高烧结矿强度,降低固体燃耗的效果。

Abstract:In order to make full use of fuel separate addition process, and to realize optimized product quality, higher output and lower consumption, the study of proper fuel separate addition ratio was conducted. And the optimum separate addition ratio for BENGANG 360m^2 sintering machine systems was fund out. After adopting this new ratio, the effect of modified fuel distribution, increased sinter strength and lowered solid fuel consumption was gained.
