摘    要:痕量元素和超轻元素分析是X射线荧光光谱(XRF)分析中最薄弱的两个方面,但也是XRF研究领域最活跃的部分。为了提高痕量和超轻元素的激发和探测性能,研究人员对仪器的设计和性能方面进行了改进,为了降低和扣除背景,对检出限的计算和样品粒度的减小等方面也进行了大量的研究。文章收集了XRF地质材料痕量元素分析文献223篇,超轻元素分析文献43篇,并从技术方法研究与应用、痕量多元素分析、痕量稀土元素分析、能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪在痕量元素分析中的应用和超轻元素分析等几个方面进行了评介。痕量和超轻元素分析方法的发展也为矿石多元素分析、海洋地质与矿产资源调查样品分析、大规模地球化学调查及全球地球化学填图样品分析配套方案中的痕量元素分析奠定了基础。全文引文266篇。

Abstract:The analysis of trace elements and ultra-light elements was the weakest aspects in X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF), but they were also the most active parts in the field of XRF research. In order to improve the excitation and detection performance of trace and ultra-light elements, the design and performance of the instrument had been improved. In order to reduce and deduct the background, a lot of research had been carried out on the calculation of limit of detection and the reduction of sample particle size. In the paper, 223 papers on the analysis of trace elements and 43 papers on ultra light element analysis were collected. The research and application of technical methods, trace multi-element analysis, trace rare earth element analysis, energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in trace element analysis and ultra-light element analysis were reviewed. The development of trace and ultra-light element analysis methods had laid a foundation for multi-element analysis of ore, sample analysis of marine geology and mineral resources survey, large-scale geochemical survey and global geochemical mapping sample analysis. There were 266 citations in the paper.
