摘    要:动力锂离子电池作为新能源汽车的核心动力部件,而电池极片厚度的均匀性决定了电池的性能,目前锂离子电池极片轧机轧制速度慢、轧制精度低。针对以上问题,开发了一套基于STM32的动力锂离子电池极片轧机控制系统,系统采用模块化设计,对系统开关量输入输出电路、模拟量输入输出电路、通讯电路等硬件电路进行设计;软件采用Free RTOS操作系统,提高系统实时性以及轧制效率。测试结果表明,系统可有效地提高锂电池极片的轧制精度和轧制效率,轧制速度可达30 m/min,轧制精度误差达±0.003 mm。

Abstract:Power lithium-ion batteries are the core power components of new energy vehicles,and the uniformity of the thickness of battery plates determines the performance of batteries.At present,the rolling speed of lithium-ion battery plate rolling mill is slow and the rolling accuracy is low.To solve the above problem,a control system for power lithium ion battery plate rolling mill based on STM32 was developed.The system adopted modular design to design the hardware circuit of system switch input and output circuit,analog input and output circuit,communication circuit and so on.The software adopted Free RTOS operating system to improve the real-time performance and rolling efficiency of the system.The test results show that the system can effectively improve the rolling accuracy and efficiency of lithium battery plates.The rolling speed can reach 30 m/min,and the rolling accuracy error can reach±0.003 mm.
