摘    要:目的:探讨正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET-CT)评价结合早期康复对颅脑外伤患者康复治疗疗效及预后的影响。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的86例患者,随机分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组实施常规干预,观察组实施PET-CT评价结合早期康复,比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组神经功能缺损程度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组的(P<0.05)。结论:在颅脑外伤患者康复治疗中实施PET-CT评价结合早期康复,效果良好。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of positron emission computed tomography(PET-CT)evaluation combined with early rehabilitation on the therapeutic effect and prognosis of patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods: 86 patients who received treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group(n=43) and the control group(n=43). The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received pet-ct evaluation combined with early rehabilitation to compare the intervention effects of the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the degree of neurological impairment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: PET-CT evaluation combined with early rehabilitation in the rehabilitation of patients with craniocerebral trauma has a good effect.
