高分辨率MRI检查诊断直肠癌淋巴结转移及分期的准确性

目的:探讨高分辨率MRI检查诊断直肠癌淋巴结转移及分期的准确性。方法:回顾性分析2017年3月到2019年3月期间在我院接受直肠癌根治术治疗的116例直肠癌患者的临床资料,所有患者术前均接受高分辨率MRI检查进行诊断,比较术前MRI直肠癌的分期结果与术后的病理分期结果。结果:MRI直肠癌的表现中平均肿瘤直径(5.4±1.6)cm。116例直肠癌患者的MRI诊断中有86例出现淋巴结转移,MRI的诊断准确率达74.13%,30例未出现淋巴结转移,MRI的诊断准确率25.86%。116例直肠癌患者的MRI N分期诊断中,N0期29例,N1期48例,N2期39例,与手术病理诊断结果相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有较高的一致性。结论:直肠癌患者术前采用高分辨率MRI检查方式,可有效诊断淋巴结转移情况及分期情况。

Accuracy of High Resolution MRI in Diagnosis of Lymph Node Metastasis and Staging of Rectal Cancer

Objective:To investigate the accuracy of high resolution MRI in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis and staging of rectal cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 116 patients with rectal cancer who underwent radical resection in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were diagnosed by high resolution MRI before operation.The staging results of preoperative MR rectal cancer were compared with the pathological staging results after operation.Results:The average diameter of tumors in the manifestations of rectal cancer on MRI was(5.4+1.6)cm.Among 116 patients with rectal cancer,86 had lymph node metastasis.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 74.13%,30 had no lymph node metastasis,and the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 25.86%.Among 116 cases of rectal cancer,29 cases were in stage N0,48 cases were in stage N1 and 39 cases were in stage N2.There was no significant difference between the results of MRI and pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:High-resolution MRI can effectively diagnose lymph node metastasis and staging in patients with rectal cancer before operation.
