急性输尿管结石彩色多普勒超声诊断价值分析

目的:分析在对急性输尿管结石患者诊断中应用彩色多普勒超声的临床价值。方法:抽取院内自2017年4月起,到2019年1月止诊治的56例急性输尿管结石病人为回顾分析对象,患者术前均以彩色多普勒超声检查,并于手术病理结果对比,分析诊断价值。结果:本组56例患者经手术病理确诊均为急性输尿管结石,结石数量共计62个,包括上段和下段结石42个,中段结石20个。彩色多普勒超声诊断上段和下段结石40个,中段结石19个,诊断准确率为95.16%,与手术病理结果相比并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声在急性输尿管结石患者中具有较高的诊断应用价值,可为患者的临床诊断提供参考。

Diagnostic Value Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Acute Ureteral Calculi

Objective: To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute ureteral calculi. Methods: 56 cases of acute ureteral calculi in our hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography before operation and compared with the results of operation and pathology to analyze the diagnostic value. Results: All 56 patients were diagnosed as acute ureteral calculi by operation and pathology. The total number of stones was 62, including 42 upper and lower stones and 20 middle stones. There were 40 upper and lower stones and 19 middle stones diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography, the diagnostic accuracy was 95.16%. There was no significant difference between the results of operation and pathology(P>0.05). Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasonography has high diagnostic value in patients with acute ureteral calculi, and can provide reference for clinical diagnosis.
