石墨化炉分体式炉盖结构设计及其优化

摘    要:介绍石墨化炉分体式炉盖的特点及组成,从安全泄放结构、排烟管部件、横截面结构、面板安装方式等方面对分体式炉盖进行优化设计;利用SOLIDWORKS软件对分体式炉盖的框架结构进行了三维建模以及有限元模拟分析,在保证炉盖吊运过程中强度和刚度的要求下,优化了钢材的用量;随着石墨化炉产能和规格的日益增大,分体式炉盖结构轻便、投资小的优势会愈加明显。

Abstract:This paper introduced the character and composition of the split furnace cover for the graphitization furnace,and optimized the design from those aspects as structure of safe discharge,components of smoke exhaust pipe,cross-section structure and panel installation.The frame structure of the split furnace cover is analyzed through the 3D modeling and the finite element modeling(FEM)by SOLIDWORKS software,which optimized the amount of steel under the requirements of strength and rigidity assurance when thefurnace cover is in the hoistingoperation.With theincreasing capacity and sorts of the graphitization furnace,the advantages of light convenience characters with low investment aregetting more and more obvious.
